It’s high time I started finishing that blueberry banana soy-yogurt ice-cream that I made, so I decided to add more blueberries, some chia seed, a few ice cubes and blend it into what is now my second breakfast smoothie of the day. Excessive? Hardly - with smoothies, there is no such thing as excess.
